§ 121.005. NOTICE TO STATE ABC BOARD OF FEES LEVIED.

This chapter is and shall be subject to the provisions of KRS 243.610. The City Clerk shall give notice to the State Alcoholic Beverage Board of any fees or assessments fixed and/or levied under the provisions of this chapter.
